Date: Monday 26 June 2017
Time: 09:45 - 16:30
Location: West Suffolk House, Western Way, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP33 3YU
Event Fee:Base Price - FREE

This all day Conference is open to Heads of HR and HR colleagues here in the East of England.

The theme of this event will be ‘Workforce Planning’.   We will be welcoming a variety of speakers including Nigel Carruthers, Senior Advisor at the Local Government Association who will examine the principles of workforce planning and how it presents an important opportunity for HR to ‘raise the bar’ and build and support strategic planning to achieve business objectives.

In an unpredictable, fast-changing environment, workforce planning can help to enable sustainable performance by providing the basis for better decision-making about the future people needs.  The HR Conference will examine some the tools and approaches available which may help authorities identify and address the gaps between the workforce of today and the human capital needs of tomorrow.
