Join us in February 2018 for our annual Coaching Conference exploring coaching for performance - How do we move from 'Survivor' to 'Thriver'. For this popular event early booking is strongly advised.

In an environment where we are faced with a constant barrage of change and challenges, our public services are increasingly feeling the pressure to not only repeatedly do more for less, but to drastically rethink our delivery.

Coaching is such a powerful tool and by uniting as a community, we can help to meet the greater agenda. It is time to empower our coaches to get off the fence and be a part of the solution. Coaching challenges people to be open to possibilities break through limiting beliefs and take purposeful action. Asking questions about the effects of change in coaching conversations, talking through and exploring issues, can help others adapt to change, and increase the speed at which they are prepared to move forward.

Our conference will include tips from top coaches, real life case studies, opportunities for networking and more. It brings together a range of experts to thoroughly explore how to create and maintain a coaching culture, by empowering your employees to meet their full potential.

We are delighted to announce our key note speakers, Julie Starr, expert and thought-leader in the field of coaching, and Paul McVeigh, speaker, trainer and former Premiership and International footballer:

‘Thriving or Surviving? The Difference That Makes the Difference’ with Julie Starr
This lively, interactive session will help coaches to reflect upon their own behaviour and approach, with an emphasis on greater personal success and fulfilment. Using three core areas of focus for any successful coach, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own coaching business and practice, and identify opportunities for growth and change. There will be a distinct focus on increasing self-awareness, through conversations, questions and gentle challenge.

‘High Performing Mind’ with Paul McVeigh
This session is on elite performance and what are the components that create it. No matter which field or industry you work, the one common factor that dictates elite performance is mindset. Mental performance is an area that has been hugely undervalued in most walk of life, especially football.  Utilising a ‘High Performing Mind’ will show you how we truly functions as humans and how we can use this to maximise our potential. You don’t need to be a professional sports person to employ the techniques of elite performance!
