The East of England LGA's Employers' Resource Centre
This area of the site is focused on helping councils access the latest information on HR developments, and learn and build on the experiences of other places. You will find an overview, FAQs, case law and related documents associated with a range of HR topics, as well as relevant new research, surveys and publications.
We want to increase the flow of information, spread good practice, reduce duplication, and share the expert knowledge that we have across the East of England. Over time, more material will be added to ensure that you have the access you need to new and forthcoming information within the HR field.
NB. This part of the site is only available to staff from our member councils. As such, you will need to register before you can access the site.
