e-paycheck - the new national online public sector pay benchmarking service
e-paycheck has been developed by a group of Regional Employers, including the East of England LGA.
e-paycheck will provide participating local authorities with access to 'real time' pay benchmarking data for hundreds of common roles that exist across the sector. It is a web based service accessed via secure membership log-in and each participating Council will be required to upload and match its own data to agreed templates in e-paycheck through an easy to use online facility. Once organisations have provided their data to e-paycheck they can generate user defined reports with invaluable and specific benchmarking data at the click of a button.
