Regional Agreements
Most conditions of service are either negotiated nationally or are determined at a local level, but there are a number of regional agreements that are still being updated until they are superseded, these are:
Excess Travelling Time Essex and Herts 2010
Excess Travelling Time Eastern 2010
Standby Eastern 09
Standby Essex & Herts 09
Authorities still using these agreements should note that they are currently being upgraded in line with the national pay award. Excess Travelling time goes up in line with SCP 21, Standby Duty Allowance is increased in line with SCP 5 (and may therefore be affected by 'bottom loaded' settlements when they occur).
Now that
Subsistence Rates are no longer part of the national agreement, we update the rates annually for those authorities who still wish to use them.
As there is no national or regional agreement covering
Motorcyle Rates we uprate the 1993 AA rates by the motoring element of the RPI each year for those authorities who wish to use it.
