Interchange

Interchange is the regional learning and development tool run by the East of England Local Government Association.

Interchange works by facilitating the exchange of knowledge and expertise between authorities and local government partners in the East of England. An online 'dating agency' for learning and development opportunities is supported by a network of Interchange Managers within authorities and partner organisations, comprising the 52 Local Authorities, 6 Fire and Rescue Authorities and the East of England Local Government Association.

A range of opportunities are available through Interchange such as; buddying, work shadowing and secondments.
