Affordable Rents and the Future Funding of Affordable Social Housing

The Coalition Government has published proposals with major implications for both the funding of new affordable social housing and its allocation.

The East of England Local Government Association has looked in detail at the impacts of the Government's proposed Affordable Rent Tenancy to assist member councils to understand the implications for their area.  The findings are set out in the documents below:
